Charles + Lee handles handles returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation so if you would like to contact us within 14 days of purchase via email at info@charlesandlee.com.au we will endeavour to offer a refund or exchange. Please be sure to use a trusted courier or postage service and keep track of your return mail receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are damaged, destroyed or lost in transit. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
