Please note that due to a change of warehouse any orders placed after 11am on Friday 23rd February will not be dispatched until Monday 4th March. We apologise for any convenience caused.
AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY UPDATE:
Express Post remains our fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is currently suspended.
This change is necessary due to:
- COVID-19 health and safety regulations applying to workplaces
- fewer passenger flights (which we usually rely upon to carry many of our parcels)
- ongoing COVID-19 disruptions
DANGEROUS GOODS CLASSIFICATION
Please note that Hand Sanitiser is classified as a dangerous good by AusPost, all items and bundles that contain this product can only be shipped via Standard Post. For more information, please refer to the Auspost website here.
Dearest customers, we've been doing our best to keep up with demand - But due to COVID-19 and overwhelming demand, we are now announcing slight delays on our delivery times to certain regions.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your parcel to arrive. Please rest assured we are doing our best to get this out to you as quickly as possible, but also want to keep you informed on your fantastic deliveries.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free within Australia for all orders over $60.00.
A flat rate of $7.50 for orders under $65.00.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All orders placed will be sent the next business day. As we are based in Melbourne, delivery times will vary depending on your location (use your tracking info to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your order). During busy periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
We ship our orders via Australia Post.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
Currently, we only ship to Australian customers, however, contact us at email@example.com if you need something sent internationally.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
Whilst we hand pack and put a lot of care into your order, we understand there may be times when you've accidentally ordered the wrong product or a product is not what you expected. Be sure to check the ingredients tab in our website footer before purchasing to check for any additions you may be sensitive to.
Please note, we can only accept a return or exchange on unopened products.
