HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free within Australia for all orders over $60.00.
A flat rate of $7.50 for orders under $60.00. 

   

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders placed will be sent the next business day. As we are based in Central Coast NSW, delivery times will vary depending on your location (use your tracking info to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your order). During busy periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

We ship our orders via Australia Post.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Currently, we only ship to Australian customers, however, contact us at info@charlesandlee.com if you need something sent internationally.

 

HOW DO YOU MANAGE REFUNDS AND RETURNS?

Whilst we hand pack and put a lot of care into your order, we understand there may be times when you've accidentally ordered the wrong product or a product is not what you expected. Be sure to check the ingredients tab in our website footer before purchasing to check for any additions you may be sensitive to. 

We greatly advise and encourage that customers review the details of their order carefully before checking out, as once an order is submitted it is not possible for us to make changes. Cost of return of returned items is that of the customers, unless due to a quality issue.
